The Tarot Garden is a monumental sculptural garden inspired by the Tarots, created in Tuscany, Italy. Niki has produced a number of big sculptures and architectural works all over the world since 1966, when she made "Hon", and this garden is a culmination of such works. Her late husband Jean Tinguely helped her a great deal in realizing the Tarot Garden. Tinguely who was renowned for his kinetic works was a good partner and rival for Niki. The garden was opened to public in 1998 after 20 years from its inception, and Niki continues to work on it. It could be said that the Tarot Garden is never completed.
