Niki de Saint Phalle is not afraid of adventure. She "creates works by following her emotions," and she keeps on creating new types of sculptures using ceramic, glass, and mirror freely. For the sculptures of Egyptian gods produced in 1990, Niki successfully used bronze in her original manner. Now at 67, Niki never ceases to show curiosity and challenging spirit, using new materials such as Venetian glass and Japanese pebbles.
